  2. According to first webside to statistics working hours, they do a comparrison the differents countries. In Quebec - Canada for example the average working hours were 35.4 compared to 39 hours the same country(alberta).

USA is a country that worked the last year 1700 hours per year. This comes outhigher than most Eurepean countries but lower than many Asia; Both statistics suggest that in europe tend to be lower than those in the US.

On the other hand, the document says that in Anglophone countries people are expected to work longer hours to reach targests. While lower - level employees are encouraged to keep to their set hours.

In Spain is different because they do a long break during the middle of the day.. even though the break is longest not the best way to solve the balance between work and family life.

In Australia is increasingly common to work 7 to 3 or 10 to 6, there is a healthy respect for work/life balance.

Finally, every body say that Asia nationts long working hours, however, sometimes countries there isn´t set hours because of the project pressure.
